Landrum Comprehensive Plan

“Envision Landrum:  Your Dream Is Our Future”

The City of Landrum is updating the comprehensive plan.  This is the City’s Master Plan for the next ten years. Simply put, it is the document or tool our Mayor and city council will use to make decisions and determine the priority of future projects. The plan is created by compiling the input of the Landrum community on a variety of key topics. The plan will answer “What should Landrum look like?” and just as important, “How do we get there?”.

The first of many public engagement efforts start soon and the City wants your input!  Your voice is critical to help determine what Landrum will look like in 10 years. Please participate and encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same.

La ciudad de Landrum va a actualizar el Plan Maestro de la Ciudad, un plan cabal para los próximos diez años. Es decir, el alcalde y consejo municipal van a usar este documento para tomar decisiones y determinar la importancia de futuros proyectos. Para crear este plan se requiere la opinión de la comunidad en varios temas y para ello necesitamos respuestas a las preguntas: ¿cómo debería ser Landrum? y igualmente importante, ¿cómo lo conseguimos? Es el primero de muchos eventos públicos y empezará muy pronto, por eso la ciudad necesita su participación. Su voz es crucial para ayudar a determinar cómo será la ciudad de Landrum en 10 años. Por favor, participe y anime a sus amigos y vecinos a participar también.
