New Trash Service Transition Information

The City of Landrum is in the process of transitioning to a new waste removal company as of September 1, 2021. The following attachments are information on routes, rates and new recycle schedule. We have also added a list of questions that you may have. If you wish to opt out of service for recycle or trash, you have until September 30, 2021 to complete the required form to do so. Forms are available at City Hall or on the City website www.cityoflandrumsc.com at the bottom of the Contact Page. The trash route will be divided into 2 days, Wednesdays and Thursdays. See attached map. When your new trash cart is delivered there will be a sticker on the top stating your route pick up day. Recycle pick up will change to Fridays and still be on an every other week rotation. See attached schedule. If you have any questions or concerns, please call City Hall (864)457-3000.
